Korais is one of the most important representatives of the Modern Greek enlightenment and is mentioned, among other things, as a pioneer in the publication of works of ancient Greek literature, but also for his linguistic views in support of the purgatory, but in a moderate form, for the purpose of purging of most foreign words that existed in the language of the people.

Adamantios Korais was one of the most enlightened teachers of the genus of Greeks. His contribution was enormous in size and weight, while his teaching was a milestone in shaping the spiritual and political thinking of the Nation.
