- Data collection and processing
2.1 Collection
When you visit VESTA websites, your ISP automatically collects information (eg IP address, your operating system, the device you use to connect to, the date and type of browser, language and settings, external links you follow on VESTA websites and your activities on these websites) to enable the websites to function technically and provide better information depending on your device. This information is recorded as statistical files (log files).
2.2 Processing

You can subscribe to various newsletters through the VESTA websites. You will only receive these newsletters if you have given your explicit consent.
In some newsletters, our service provider uses tracking technologies to analyze how effective they are. The only information collected for statistical analysis is your email address, but it is not anonymous. Your email address is combined with the tracking record to determine the newsletter opening rates and the links you click. Due to the monitoring technologies of the service provider, the user has no ability to interact without being monitored. Alternatively, it is also possible to contact us via email at info@vesta.com.gr. In this case, the personal data you send via email will be stored on the email server hosted by the contracted cloud hosting provider.
- Period of storage of personal data
Your personal data is stored by VESTA (and possibly contracted service providers) for as long as is permitted, for the agreed purpose or to comply with legal obligations. When the purpose of the processing ceases to exist, the data is deleted.
